Terms Of Service

- For overnight stays/accommodation during your stay at Kunzmann’s Hotel, Bad Bocklet, the statutory provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of Hotel Kunzmann OHG apply, which can be viewed at https://www.kunzmanns.de/en/terms-and-conditions/
- Services booked and used must be paid for on the day of departure by EC card, credit card or cash.
- There is no refund for treatments that are not used.
- There is no entitlement to treatment by a specific employee / person. Cancellation or rebooking costs due to the absence of a specific person can therefore not be covered.
- All legally competent persons over the age of 18 are treated at their own request and by appointment.
- In the case of persons under the age of 18, the consent of the legal representative is required. The duration of the treatment can be found in the offer and price list.
- If we are unable to meet an appointment for reasons beyond our control or force majeure, the customer will be informed immediately, provided that the address and contact details provided enable us to contact them promptly. In this case, we are entitled to postpone the appointment at short notice or to withdraw from the contract. Our statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The entitlement from the voucher expires after three years in accordance with Section 195 of the German Civil Code. The statute of limitations begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was issued.
- For bookings made directly through Hotel Kunzmann OHG or SANDER HEALTH GmbH, we offer the option of billing according to the fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ) for submission to your private health insurance/aid office. External costs are incurred by the clearing office aev Gesellschaft für clearing of private liquidations AG and SANDER HEALTH GmbH's own costs. Therefore, 10% of the refundable GOÄ invoice amount will be passed on to you. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings for stays of six days of treatment can be billed privately. Bookings made through a tour operator are excluded from the option of billing according to the fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ).

- Cancellation conditions / cancellation costs as a percentage of the treatment price:
• Cancellation and rebooking of the booked type of treatment can be made by telephone and/or in writing/by e-mail.
• If you cancel up to 21 days before the start of the treatment, you are free of charge.
• If you cancel 20 to 15 days before the start of treatment, we will charge you 30% of the treatment price (including VAT).
• If you cancel 14 to 7 days before the start of the treatment, we will charge you 50% of the treatment price (including VAT).
• If you cancel 6 to 0 days before the start of the treatment, we will charge you 70% of the treatment price (including VAT).
• In the event of no-show or early termination of treatment, 90% of the treatment price will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. - We reserve the right to make interim changes to the type and scope of treatments and prices.

• The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is only transferred to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer.
• We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
• The statutory warranty regulations apply. • The voucher can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional vouchers. • The value of the goods must at least correspond to the amount of the voucher. Any remaining credit will not be refunded.
• The voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the voucher within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.
• Voucher credit is neither paid out in cash nor does it earn interest.
• The voucher is transferrable. The seller can make payments to the respective owner with discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the non-authorization, the legal incapacity or the lack of the right to represent the respective owner. - Final Provisions These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the two treatment contracting parties are subject to substantive German law. Should one or more of the above provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. This also applies if part of a regulation is ineffective but another part is effective. The respective invalid provision shall be replaced by the parties with a provision that comes closest to the economic interests of the contracting parties and does not conflict with the remaining contractual agreements. Agreements deviating from the general terms and conditions must be in writing.
